【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardoutlineslessonslearnedprinciplesandguidelinesthatareapplicableinallspaceprojectactivities(management,technical,quality,costandschedule).TheapplicationofthisInternationalStandardisintendedtobeincludedinthesupplierqualitymanagementsystem,butcanbetailoredinindividualcontractsasagreedbythecustomerandsupplier,dependingon?thecontentofeachproject(size,technologicallevelandnovelty,particularorganization,participants,etc.),and?theinterestandusefulnessoftherelatedinformation.Thelessonslearnedinformationcanresultfromanysituationswhichmightbeencounteredinsimilarcontextsforfutureprojects,i.e.?undesirableexperiencesthatneedtobeavoided;?strategies,rules,principlesofdesign,validation,testsandoperationsthatprovedtobesuccessfulornecessary.ThisInternationalStandardneitherendorsesnorrecommendsthetransmissionofcompanyproprietaryinformationtoexternalentitiesaspartofalessonslearnedprocess.ImplementingaformallessonslearnedprocessasoutlinedinthisInternationalStandardmakesitpossibletocaptureandbenefitfromthisinformation.
