【摘要】:ThispartofISO18434providesanintroductiontotheapplicationofinfraredthermography(IRT)tomachineryconditionmonitoringanddiagnostics,where"machinery"includesmachineauxiliariessuchasvalves,fluidandelectricallypoweredmachines,andmachineryrelatedheatexchangerequipment.Inaddition,IRapplicationspertainingtomachineryperformanceassessmentareaddressed.ThispartofISO18434:--introducestheterminologyofIRTasitpertainstoconditionmonitoringanddiagnosticsofmachines;--describesthetypesofIRTproceduresandtheirmerits;--providesguidanceonestablishingseverityassessmentcriteriaforanomaliesidentifiedbyIRT;--outlinesmethodsandrequirementsforcarryingoutIRTofmachines,includingsafetyrecommendations;--providesinformationondatainterpretation,andassessmentcriteriaandreportingrequirements;--providesproceduresfordeterminingandcompensatingforreflectedapparenttemperature,emissivityandattenuatingmedia.ThispartofISO18434alsoencompassesthetestingproceduresfordeterminingandcompensatingforreflectedapparenttemperature,emissivityandattenuatingmediawhenmeasuringthesurfacetemperatureofatargetwithaquantitativeIRTcamera.NOTEItisintendedthatfuturepartswilladdressapplication-specificanalysisguidelines.
