【摘要】:ThisCodeprovidesperformancecharacteristicsofequipmentdesignedtocollectparticulatematterfromagassteam.ThisCodespecifiesmethodsfordeterminingtheperformanceoftheequipmentwithregardtothefollowing:(a)Overallmasscollectionefficiencyoftheequipment;(b)Particulatematterconcentrationatinletandoutletofcollector;(c)Efficiencyofcollectionaccordingtosizeofparticle;(d)Resistancetogasflow,i.e.,thetotalpressuredropacrosstheequipment;(e)Quantityofgaspassingthroughtheequipment;and(f)powerconsumptionofthecollectionequipment.TherulesandinstructionsincludedinthisCodearefortheparticulatemattercollectionequipmentproper.Ifthescopeofthetestincludesanyauxiliaryapparatus,itwillbenecessarytoconsultotherASMEcodes,asapplicable.Thedeterminationoftheparticulatemattercount,extensivelyusedasameasureofatmosphericparticulatematterpollution,isoutsidethescopeofthisCode.
