【摘要】:1.1Scope.1.1.1Thisstandardshallcoverfireprotectionrequirementsforunderground,surface,andelevatedfixedguidewaytransitandpassengerrailsystems,includingtrainways,vehicles,andvehiclemaintenanceandstorageareas,andforlifesafetyfromfireinfixedguidewaytransitandpassengerrailsystemstations,trainways,vehicles,andoutdoorvehiclemaintenanceandstorageareas.1.1.2Fixedguidewaytransitandpassengerrailstationsshallpertaintostationsaccommodatingonlypassengersandemployeesofthefixedguidewaytransitandpassengerrailsystemsandincidentaloccupanciesinthestations.Thisstandardestablishesminimumrequirementsforeachoftheidentifiedsubsystems.1.1.3Thisstandardshallnotcoverrequirementsforthefollowing:(1)Conventionalfreightsystems(2)Busesandtrolleycoaches(3)Circustrains(4)Tourist,scenic,historic,orexcursionoperations(5)Anyothersystemoftransportationnotincludedinthedefinitionoffixedguidewaytransit(see3.3.49.1)orpassengerrail(see3.3.49.2)system(6)*Shelterstops1.1.4Totheextentthatasystem,includingthoselistedin1.1.3(1)through1.1.3(6),introduceshazardsofanaturesimilartothoseaddressedherein,thisstandardshallbepermittedtobeusedasaguide.
