【摘要】:ThispartofISO16200givesgeneralguidanceforthesamplingandanalysisofvolatileorganiccompounds(VOCs)inairbysolventdesorption/gaschromatographyusingpumpedsampling.ThispartofISO16200isapplicabletoawiderangeofVOCs,includinghydrocarbons,halogenatedhydrocarbons,esters,glycolethers,ketonesandalcohols.AnumberofsorbentsarerecommendedforthesamplingoftheseVOCs,eachsorbenthavingadifferentrangeofapplicability.However,activatedcoconutshellcharcoalisfrequentlyused.Verypolarcompoundsmayrequirederivatization;verylowboilingcompoundswillonlybepartiallyretainedbythesorbentsandcanonlybeestimatedqualitatively.Semi-volatilecompoundswillbefullyretainedbythesorbents,butmayonlybepartiallyrecovered.Theupperlimitoftheusefulrangeissetbythesorptivecapacityofthesorbentusedandbythelineardynamicrangeofthegaschromatographcolumnanddetectororbythesample-splittingcapabilityoftheanalyticalinstrumentationused.Thelowerlimitoftheusefulrangedependsonthenoiselevelofthedetectorandonblanklevelsofanalyteand/orinterferingartefactsonthesorbenttubesorinthedesorptionsolvent.Artefactsaretypicallysubnanogramforactivatedcharcoal,buthigherlevelsofaromatichydrocarbonshavebeennotedinsomebatches.TheconcentrationrangeforwhichthispartofISO16200isvalidforthemeasurementofairbornevapoursofVOCsisdependentonthevolumesampled.Forexample,fora10-litresampleofair,therangeisapproximately1mg/mto1000mg/mindividualorganiccompound.Fora1-litresampleofair,therangeisapproximately10mg/mto10000mg/mindividualorganiccompound,andprorata.
