【摘要】:ISO18852:2005specifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthenitrogensurfacearea(NSA)ofcarbonblacksandotherrubbercompoundingingredients,likesilicasandzincoxides,basedontheBrunauer,EmmettandTeller(BET)theoryofgasadsorptionusingamultipointdetermination.Thistestmethodspecifiesthesamplepreparationandtreatment,instrumentcalibration,requiredaccuracyandprecisionoftheexperimentaldata,andcalculationofthesurfacearearesultsfromthedataobtained.Alsogivenisaprocedureforcalculatingthestatisticalthicknesssurfacearea(STSA),otherwiseknownastheexternalsurfacearea.Thetestmethodspecifiedusesanautomaticvolumetricstatic-vacuumapparatus,thesurfaceareabeingcalculatedusingtheBETtheorybasedonmonolayermeasurements.
