【摘要】:1.1Scope.1.1.1Thisstandardshallspecifythedesign,performance,testing,andcertificationrequirementsforthermalimagersusedbyfireservicepersonnelduringemergencyincidentoperations.1.1.2Thisstandardshallspecifyrequirementsfornewthermalimagersusedbyfireservicepersonnel.1.1.3Thisstandardshallnotspecifyrequirementsforthermalimagersmanufacturedpriortotheeffectivedateofthisstandard.1.1.4Thisstandardshallnotspecifyrequirementsforthermalimagersmanufacturedtoanyotherstandardsorotherrequirements.1.1.5*Thisstandardshallnotspecifyrequirementsforanyaccessoriesandenhancementsthatcouldbeattachedtothecertifiedproductbutthatarenotnecessaryforthecertifiedproducttomeettherequirementsofthisstandard.1.1.6Thisstandardshallnotbeconstruedasaddressingallofthesafetyconcernsassociatedwiththeuseofcompliantthermalimagers.Itshallbetheresponsibilityofthepersonsandorganizationsthatusecompliantthermalimagerstoestablishsafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.1.7Thisstandardshallnotbeconstruedasaddressingallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwiththeuseofthisstandardbytestingfacilities.Itshallbetheresponsibilityofthepersonsandorganizationsthatusethisstandardtoestablishsafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouseofthisstandardfordesigning,manufacturing,andtesting.1.1.8Nothinghereinshallrestrictanyjurisdictionormanufacturerfromexceedingtheseminimumrequirements.
